All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Uniquely Made Kids is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for further assistance.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
