We want you to love every product you receive from Uniquely Made Kids! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@uniquelymadekids.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customer provides return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Items that have been used.
Items that have been washed.
Items that are not in the original packaging.
Items marked “final sale”
Downloadable digital products (e.g. coloring pages, pintable's)
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Address
We’ll provide our business return address upon approval of your return request.
(We use a secure business mailbox to ensure all returns are handled safely and promptly.)
